富光AOI 8°/13.5° epoxy type SWDM TFF filter 是专门为SWDM Z-BLOCK mux demux 光学组件应用而设计的SWDM滤波片，它采用8°/13.5°度大入射角设计来压缩BLOCK尺寸，采用粘接面为波长工作膜面设计来消除滤波片双面加工公差带给光斑光束的偏移误差。它具有面型品质高，便于粘接，光束平行度高；膜层牢固度强，满足非气密性封装应用环境；通道中心波长一致性好，带宽大，机器耦光效率高；采用微晶基材，热稳定性高。接受客户不同规格指标的开炉定制。
